Contact me to discuss Food and Nutrition ideals. Food cost is at a all time high but this info should help. This is a great time to shop and eat wisely. Try eating (5-7) different colorful foods a day. You will be healthier, lose weight and spend less money on food. Try eating an entire cucumber with vinegar, onion and tomatoes, raw veggies like carrots, celery, sweet colorful peppers, thin cut zucchini, avocado, fruity smoothies with dark green veggies, Eat less meat, fast food and process foods. Drink a full glass of water (maybe 2 glasses) first thing in the morning everyday. Drink a large bottle of water before meal. Drink less sugary drinks at all times. Time for positive changes....
